- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
- ability to prepare wide range of drink recipes preferred
- minimum legal age for serving alcohol
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to perform repetitive physical movements
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- strong customer service orientation
- punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education diploma GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year of relevant bartending or customer service experience
- ability to prepare a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly preferred
- age meeting minimum legal requirement for serving alcohol according to local and state laws
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Greet customers mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and create recipes with appropriate garnishes
- ensure the assigned bar area is fully stocked with the necessary tools and products
- prepare accurate opening counts and place inventory or purchase orders to replenish supplies
- collaborate with servers and other employees to provide prompt service
- maintain a friendly diplomatic and attentive attitude towards customers
- walk or stand for long periods during shifts potentially exceeding eight hours
- perform physical tasks including reaching bending stooping pushing and lifting up to 50 pounds
- comply with all safety and sanitation standards
- attend work punctually and reliably
- perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
