The Airport Lounge Bartender position at Sodexo, based at the British Airways Lounge in Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), offers a full-time opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic airport environment. This role involves working afternoon and evening shifts with varying days, providing flexibility and variety in scheduling. The compensation for this role is competitive, offering $23.50 per hour. As an Airport Lounge Bartender, you will play a key role in creating an inviting and elegant atmosphere for airline passengers by expertly crafting and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and efficiently while minimizing waste.

In this role, collaboration is essential, as bartenders work closely with servers and other staff to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, preparing a wide range of drink recipes complete with appropriate garnishes, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area. Bartenders are expected to conduct accurate opening counts and handle inventory or purchase orders to ensure supplies are consistently replenished.

Beyond technical skills, this role demands physical stamina and agility. Bartenders will spend significant time walking or standing throughout their shifts, which can extend beyond eight hours. The job requires reaching, bending, lifting up to 35 pounds regularly, and occasionally moving heavier items up to 50 pounds. Strong interpersonal skills are critical, as bartenders must be courteous, diplomatic, and attentive when interacting with customers.
