Job Requirements

- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly is preferred
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol or bartend according to local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, create drink recipes with appropriate garnishes
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- Maintain attentive, friendly, and tactful demeanor when working with customers
- Walk or stand for extended periods throughout the shift, which may exceed eight hours
- Perform repetitive movements and handle lifting requirements of up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that may vary depending on business necessities and client requirements
