Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferred ability to prepare and mix a variety of drink recipes
- Meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to remain standing and walking for long periods
- Capability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Punctuality and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of relevant bartending experience preferred
- Ability to prepare a wide range of drink recipes correctly
- Meet minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol locally
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Physical capability to handle the demands of the job
Job Duties
- Greet customers, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with appropriate garnishes
- Ensure assigned bar area is fully stocked with necessary tools and products
- Prepare accurate opening counts and place inventory orders to replenish supplies
- Maintain cordial, diplomatic, and attentive customer interactions
- Walk or circulate extensively during shifts
- Stand or walk for long periods exceeding 8 hours
- Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, lifting up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Execute repetitive movements as required
- Attend work punctually and regularly
- Perform additional tasks as assigned depending on business needs
