The Airport Lounge Bartender role at Sodexo is a full-time position based at AIRPORT DIMENSIONS - SAPPHIRE LOUNGE BY THE CLUB, with an hourly pay rate of $22. This role offers the opportunity to work shifts with an open availability requirement, offering flexibility in scheduling. As a bartender in this premium airport lounge environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages directly to patrons or through servers efficiently and without waste. You will collaborate closely with servers and other staff to ensure patrons receive prompt and courteous service.

A significant part of the job entails maintaining a well-equipped bar area stocked with necessary tools and ingredients to prepare drinks flawlessly. You will be responsible for accurate opening inventory counts and issuing purchase or inventory orders to replenish supplies in a timely manner. This role demands a cordial, diplomatic, and attentive demeanor when engaging with customers, as well as physical stamina to walk or stand for extended periods exceeding 8 hours per shift. The position also requires the flexibility to perform repetitive movements and handle weight loads up to 50 pounds occasionally.
