Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
- preferred ability to prepare a wide range of drink recipes
- minimum legal age to serve alcohol according to local and state laws
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capacity to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- punctuality and regular attendance
- flexibility to perform varied job duties
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- 0 to 1 year of relevant bartending or customer service experience
- ability to prepare a wide range of drink recipes correctly
- knowledge of appropriate garnishments for drinks
- age meets local and state legal requirements to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- receive customers, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, create drink recipes with appropriate garnishments
- ensure assigned bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and products
- prepare accurate start counts and issue inventory or purchase orders as needed
- maintain friendly, diplomatic, and attentive customer interactions
- walk and circulate extensively during shifts
- stand for long periods exceeding 8 hours per shift
- reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- perform repetitive movements
- arrive promptly and attend scheduled shifts regularly
- perform additional tasks as assigned based on business and client needs
