Job Requirements
- valid iowa driver's license
- graduation from high school or ged
- some experience in administrative and customer service duties or equivalent combination of experience and training
- ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- ability to adapt to inclement weather conditions
- full-time availability

- proficiency in MS Office applications
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- preferred hotel experience of at least one year
Job Duties
- serve as dispatcher and main point of contact for guests
- observe and address daily guest needs and inquiries
- refer guest inquiries to proper airport stakeholders
- assist with scheduling staff and training initiatives
- manage payroll and prepare reports using MS Office
- make independent judgment decisions to minimize customer impact
- lead and support the Airport Guest Services team
