Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older
no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
ability to perform physical tasks
willingness to work flexible hours including seasonal outdoor tasks
ability to comply with safety and quality standards
effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

willingness to perform physical tasks such as moving furniture
basic understanding of safety and cleaning procedures

Job Duties

clean and maintain buildings and facilities to the highest standards
dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and tools
wash and replace blinds as needed
move furniture and equipment manually or with hand trucks to access cleaning areas
service, clean, and supply restrooms
gather and empty trash
wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
perform seasonal outdoor tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, and removing snow
follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
notify management about repairs or additions to building systems
comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures
