Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in baggage handling or related field
- Must be able to work night, morning, and afternoon shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Physical ability to perform job duties
Job Qualifications

- Previous supervisory experience in baggage handling or airport operations preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of airport safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Supervise baggage handling operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with airline and airport staff to facilitate smooth baggage processing
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor baggage handling personnel
- Manage shift schedules and staffing levels
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections of baggage equipment and work areas
