Within Sodexo's Airline Lounge Segment, an exciting opportunity awaits for a seasoned Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to join the elite team responsible for the American Express Centurion Lounge at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for a culinary professional passionate about creating and delivering an upscale dining experience in a dynamic and thoughtfully designed travel oasis. The position demands a hands-on chef with extensive experience managing upscale food production in high-volume, fast-paced environments, particularly with catering and events execution. As a sous chef and kitchen manager, this individual will oversee purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis, and production forecasting. They will ensure adherence to Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and culinary innovation.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members, ensuring they embrace culinary policies and maintain rigorous food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems, facilitating efficiency and accuracy across kitchen operations. Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year management experience
