Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- minimum 1 year management experience
- ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong coaching and employee development skills

- 1-3 years of kitchen manager or sous chef level experience in a recognized concept or company
- strong culinary background with the ability to stay current with new culinary trends

- experience in safety and sanitation, health department inspections
Job Duties
- be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
