The compensation is fair and equitable, tailored based on the candidate’s education, experience, and skill set. The position comes with a comprehensive benefits package that begins on the first day of employment, including three weeks of paid vacation to start, ensuring employees are well-supported both personally and professionally. The successful candidate must be able to pass a TSA background check and obtain an airport security badge, given the location and operational requirements of the role.

As a hands-on chef position, the Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager will have direct oversight of kitchen operations, menu compliance, purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting. The role demands a seasoned culinary professional with an eclectic menu knowledge that suits upscale food production environments, along with solid experience in high-volume catering and event execution. This candidate will be a driving force behind enforcing Sodexo's culinary policies, ensuring recipe compliance and food quality at all times, while maintaining stringent food safety and sanitation standards.

  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
