The role of Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef at The Club ATL in Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, GA, is a prestigious opportunity within Sodexo's Airline Lounge Segment. This position is designed for a seasoned culinary professional who excels in managing upscale food production and delivering a high level of guest experience in a sophisticated travel environment. As a hands-on leader, the Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the lounge, which involves handling purchasing, inventory control, menu compliance, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in creating eclectic and upscale menus, with catering and banquet experience viewed as a considerable advantage. Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum management experience - 2 years
  • minimum functional experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
  • ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
  • experience in safety and sanitation, health department inspections
  • excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications
