The company is renowned for partnering with clients to deliver exceptional experiences for both customers and employees. It does this through a variety of services including food service, catering, and facilities management. Sodexo stands out as a comprehensive service provider dedicated to creating better everyday experiences and contributing positively to society.

Within Sodexo's extensive portfolio, the Airline Lounge segment offers distinguished culinary and hospitality services tailored specifically for travelers seeking relaxation and quality. This segment includes the operation of exclusive airport lounges, such as The Club ATL located in Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, GA. The Club ATL seeks to provide passengers with a thoughtfully designed travel oasis featuring upscale menus, courteous service, and an atmosphere conducive to comfort and efficiency.

The role of Kitchen Manager (KM) / Executive Chef at The Club ATL is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to lead and manage food production in a high-standard environment. This position demands a seasoned individual with an eclectic knowledge of menus and upscale culinary experience combined with catering and banquet expertise. The role is highly hands-on, requiring the candidate to be actively involved in day-to-day kitchen operations overseeing food quality, production, and cost control. The KM/Executive Chef will be responsible for multiple critical aspects including purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis, and forecasting food production to meet fluctuating travel demands.

Maintaining adherence to Sodexo Culinary standards, including strict recipe compliance and food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols, is paramount. The role also calls for an adept leader capable of motivating and developing team members to embrace culinary innovation while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Knowledge in automated inventory, ordering, production, and management systems is required to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.

Sodexo values fair and equitable compensation based on education, experience, skills, and training, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision care, wellness programs, retirement plans with matching contributions, paid time off, company holidays, career growth opportunities, and tuition reimbursement. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, inclusive of nights and weekends, and demands commitment to upholding the highest culinary standards in a fast-paced and dynamic airport lounge setting.
