Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 2 years
- minimum functional experience - 2 years
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- experience managing upscale food production
- knowledge of menu graphics programs
- strong leadership skills and collaborative work approach
- excellent communication skills
- commitment to high customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- 2-3 years experience at operations manager or assistant general manager level with a recognized concept or company
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work collaboratively across organizational levels
- professional communication skills
- passion for high-level customer service
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- knowledge of financial preparation and oversight
Job Duties
- oversee daily food operations and ensure delivery of a high-quality product
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline hourly staff
- ensure compliance with Sodexo food and physical safety standards
- manage profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of the lounge operation
- implement and monitor automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
