Sodexo Live! is currently seeking a dedicated General Manager for its airport lounge located at Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) in Morrisville, North Carolina. This position provides a unique opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic airport lounge environment, focused on offering travelers a relaxing and rejuvenating space before their flights. The General Manager will be central to upholding Sodexo’s high standards in food quality, service, and operational excellence.

The role requires oversight of daily food operations, ensuring that the products served meet the highest quality standards while delivering excellent customer experiences. The General Manager will be responsible for achieving both company and client financial targets and goals, which involves managing profit and loss, inventory, and other fiscal responsibilities associated with operating a standalone business. Building and maintaining strong client and customer relationships is a critical aspect of this position, as is the motivation, coaching, and development of frontline hourly staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

In addition to managing operational and financial objectives, the General Manager must ensure compliance with Sodexo’s food safety and physical safety programs. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage management within upscale environments such as hotels, restaurants, or exclusive dining venues. A successful candidate will be a passionate leader with the ability to direct large teams, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and communicate professionally across all organizational levels.
