Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- previous experience managing upscale food production
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for high-level customer service
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- knowledge of automated food inventory and production systems
- experience with financial management and oversight

Job Duties
- oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff
- ensure compliance with Sodexo standards including food and physical safety programs
- manage profit and loss, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand-alone business
