Job Duties
- be responsible for purchasing and menu compliance
- manage inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting
- ensure implementation of Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- utilize working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- maintain high volume scratch kitchen operations
