Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 5 years functional experience in operations, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience of 10+ years in culinary leadership within premium hospitality or airline lounges
- Strong portfolio of concept development
- Exceptional culinary knowledge and palate
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70 percent nationally
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 5 years functional experience in operations, marketing, or related field
- Proven culinary leadership with 10+ years in premium hospitality or F&B environments
- Strong portfolio of concept development and business rollouts
- Exceptional culinary palate with knowledge of global cuisine and food trends
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
- Passion for innovation, quality, and guest experience
- Ability to travel nationally up to 70 percent
Job Duties
- Lead culinary engagement and partnerships including global chef collaborations and events
- Spearhead new food and beverage concept development from RFP to launch
- Collaborate with executive chefs to develop and approve a la carte menus
- Host and attend client tastings to refine menus
- Act as liaison with client culinary teams and guest experience leadership
- Represent Sodexo Live! at industry conferences, panels, and media events
