Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum management experience - 2 years
- Minimum functional experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
- Ability to pass a TSA background check
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all organization levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
- Passion for a high level of customer service
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- Korean language proficiency preferred
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years experience as a manager with a recognized concept or company
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels
- Experience in financial preparation and oversight
- Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs
- Korean language proficiency preferred
Job Duties
- Have oversight of daily food operations and deliver excellent guest service
- Help achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- Develop and maintain client and guest customer relationships
- Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline employees
- Ensure Sodexo standards and compliance
