Job Requirements
- Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- 2-3 years experience as a manager with a recognized concept or company
- Korean language strongly preferred
- must be able to pass a TSA background check
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for high-level customer service
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs
- experience in financials, preparation and oversight
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of management experience
- 1 year of food or culinary services experience including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- ability to manage multiple priorities

- experience in financial preparation and oversight
- Korean language strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Have oversight of daily food operations and deliver excellent guest service
- help achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and guest customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline employees
- ensure Sodexo standards and compliance
