This role is pivotal within airport lounge operations, dedicated to offering travelers a relaxing, comfortable environment where they can unwind and recharge before continuing their journeys. The Food Service Manager will have comprehensive oversight of daily food service operations within these lounges, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverage products that meet both Sodexo's and client standards. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum one year of management experience
- previous food and beverage experience within hotels, restaurants or similar upscale hospitality venues
- seeking bilingual candidates with Spanish communication abilities
- strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
- ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication

- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
