SodexoMagic currently offers an exciting employment opportunity for a Food Service Manager at Miami International Airport (MIA). This role is pivotal within airport lounge operations, dedicated to offering travelers a relaxing, comfortable environment where they can unwind and recharge before continuing their journeys. The Food Service Manager will have comprehensive oversight of daily food service operations within these lounges, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverage products that meet both Sodexo's and client standards. The position demands a strong leader capable of motivating and developing a dedicated frontline team to achieve operational excellence and financial targets. The Food Service Manager is also responsible for fostering and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction and continual improvement in service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year of management experience
  • previous food and beverage experience within hotels, restaurants or similar upscale hospitality venues
  • seeking bilingual candidates with Spanish communication abilities
  • strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems

Job Qualifications
