Job Duties
- Schedule and dispatch aircraft in accordance with FAA and TSA regulations
- Answer and manage multi-line phones
- Assist customers and pilots
- Check in flights
- Manage schedules
- Process payments
- Complete data entry
- Support general office, administrative, and marketing mail-out duties
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional, team-focused environment
