Cleaners are expected to deliver top-notch service by performing a range of cleaning tasks that include vacuuming and mopping all indoor floor surfaces (with the exception of garages), wiping down all flat indoor surfaces such as countertops, stovetops, and dressers, as well as thoroughly cleaning bathroom fixtures including sinks, tubs, mirrors, and toilets. Additionally, general dusting of reachable areas like bookshelves and windows is required. The position also encompasses essential housekeeping duties, such as trash removal and replacement, laundry management for both bedding and non-bedding items, dishwashing, and organizing household items. Cleaners are required to manage linens by stripping beds and replacing beddings efficiently. More specialized cleaning tasks include inside oven and refrigerator cleaning. Furthermore, cleaners are responsible for maintaining the general exterior of the property by wiping down flat outdoor living surfaces and organizing furniture to ensure an inviting appearance. This role demands a high level of professionalism, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within short timeframes. Job Duties

  • Full vacuum and mop of all indoor floor surfaces except garage
  • Cleaning of all flat countertop indoor surfaces including countertops, stovetops, and dressers
  • Cleaning of all bathroom fixtures including sinks, tubs, mirrors, and toilets
  • General dusting of reachable surfaces such as bookshelves and windows
  • Trash removal and replacement
  • All laundry including bedding with folding and storage
  • Striping and replacement of bed linens
  • Laundry of non-bedding items up to three loads including folding and storage
  • Washing and storage of dishes
  • Inside oven cleaning
  • Inside fridge cleaning
  • General exterior cleaning including wiping down flat outdoor living surfaces and organizing furniture such as pillows and chairs
