Job Requirements
- No prior experience necessary
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident with valid Green Card
- age between 17 to 34 years
- high school diploma or GED
- meet tattoo guidelines
- no major law violations
- no medical concerns
- achieve a score of 101 on the ASVAB Skilled Technical (ST) section
- complete 10 weeks of Basic Training
- complete 17 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
- commit to 7 nationally recognized certifications
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate radar and other air traffic control equipment
- capability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- ability to learn and apply complex protocols
- physical fitness to meet military standards
Job Duties
- Coordinate aircraft movement for takeoff and landing
- track aircraft in tactical and non-tactical environments
- follow air traffic control procedures, rules, and regulations
- control airborne and ground traffic for safety
- process flight plan data
- set up tactical air traffic control facilities
- ensure safety of pilots and passengers
