Job Description

Aimbridge Hospitality is the world’s leading global hospitality management company, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence across a vast portfolio of over 80 respected hotel brands. With hospitality at its core, Aimbridge is committed to fostering strong partnerships and cultivating an inclusive, high-performance culture for its team members. Known for its innovative approaches and trusted reputation in the hotel management industry, Aimbridge continuously sets new standards for hospitality excellence worldwide. The company values collaboration, accountability, and a focus on the guest experience as key drivers for its success and sustained growth.

The role of Vice President of Global Business Services (GBS) Transformation at Aimbridge is a pivotal leadership position responsible for designing and implementing a scalable global business services operating model. This role will spearhead the offshore transition of Hotel Accounting and Accounts Payable functions to a business process outsourcing (BPO) partner based in Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will craft and drive the transformation roadmap, elevating operational performance across shared services while leading change management initiatives with multiple stakeholders including internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership.

This is a strategic, high-impact position ideal for professionals with extensive experience in end-to-end finance transformation, shared services, or GBS operations. The Vice President will leverage deep expertise in finance operations—particularly within accounting and accounts payable processes—to integrate advanced technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, and automation tools like RPA and AI into the service model. The role requires visionary leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX.

Key responsibilities include managing complex, multi-million-dollar transformation programs on aggressive timelines, establishing standardized and scalable processes, and building repeatable playbooks to expand the GBS scope further using innovative finance automation capabilities like intelligent document processing and predictive analytics. Success in this role demands balancing strategic foresight with execution skills while nurturing a diverse, inclusive global team of over 100 full-time employees located across the U.S. and India.

The individual will also provide executive-level communication on progress, risks, and outcomes, driving organizational change with empathy and clarity through restructuring and workforce redeployment. In partnership with technology, advisory, and EPMO teams, the Vice President will ensure milestone management, risk mitigation, and smooth service delivery throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Aimbridge offers a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time employees that supports their financial security, health, and well-being. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, income protection through short-term and long-term disability plans, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Prospective candidates looking to join a world-class hospitality leader who values innovation, teamwork, and transformational leadership will find this position both challenging and rewarding.
