Job Duties

  • Greets and welcomes visitors and callers warmly
  • determines nature of visitor
  • announces visitors to appropriate staff
  • monitors visitor access
  • answers incoming telephone calls and directs to appropriate personnel or department
  • provides information about the facility including address and directions
  • collects and files documents and correspondence
  • receives, sorts, and routes mail
  • maintains fax machines and copiers and assists users
  • takes payment for services
  • assists business office specialist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing and resident account functions
