Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience and/or training preferred
- Must be familiar with each hotels layout, products, services, amenities and history
- Ability to follow established guidelines, procedures and policies
- Good record of attendance and punctuality at work
- Adherence to prescribed grooming and appearance standards
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
- Weekend availability
- Ability to stand, walk, run, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, frequently reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience and/or training preferred
- Familiarity with hotel layout, products, services, amenities, and history
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Duties
- Participate in an aggressive hospitality program, greeting all guests with warmth and enthusiasm, and be attentive to their needs while they are with us
- Prepare standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports
- Learn and follow all hotel policies and procedures pertaining to your area of work
- Practice safety standards and report all unsafe conditions
- Provide fast and courteous service to our guests by maintaining a well-organized work area
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times as a goodwill ambassador to ensure guest satisfaction
- Book appointments and manage schedules efficiently
