This particular position is part-time and requires weekend availability, offering flexibility to those seeking balance alongside other commitments. The Spa Receptionist’s responsibility encompasses a variety of duties such as greeting guests, booking appointments, answering product and service inquiries, managing payments, and maintaining organized inventory and cleanliness within the spa environment. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Additionally, the position requires adherence to established policies, professionalism in appearance and conduct, and a genuine willingness to contribute positively to the guest experience and team environment. Employees in this role act as goodwill ambassadors for AHC Hospitality, ensuring that every interaction supports the company’s esteemed reputation for quality and customer care.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous related experience and/or training preferred
  • must be available to work weekends
  • ability to stand walk and run regularly
  • ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects
  • frequent reaching with hands and arms
  • ability to talk hear taste or smell regularly
  • occasional sitting stooping kneeling crouching or crawling
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • specific vision abilities including close vision distance vision and peripheral vision
  • adherence to grooming and appearance standards
  • punctuality and good attendance record
  • ability to follow established guidelines procedures and policies
  • willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • related experience and/or training preferred
  • familiarity with each hotel’s layout products services amenities and history
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Participate in an aggressive hospitality program greeting all guests with warmth and enthusiasm
  • prepare standard statistical reports such as help desk incident reports
  • learn and follow all hotel policies and procedures pertaining to your area of work
  • practice safety standards and report all unsafe conditions
  • provide fast and courteous service to guests while maintaining a well-organized work area
  • conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times as a goodwill ambassador
  • book appointments and manage spa bookings
  • answer questions about products and services
  • greet and prepare guests for services
  • check guests out and process payments
  • organize inventory and help maintain the cleanliness of the spa
  • provide customer care services as required
  • perform other duties as assigned by the manager
  • open and close the workday as required
