This position, Group Sales Manager for Peter Island Resort, presents an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional specializing in the luxury hospitality segment. The role involves designing and implementing strategic group sales plans to maximize room nights, revenue, and occupancy rates in one of the Caribbean's most prestigious resort locations. Reporting directly to the resort leadership, the Group Sales Manager will develop strong relationships with international luxury travel partners, corporate clients, and destination management companies, leveraging these networks to secure high-end group bookings including incentive trips, corporate retreats, social events, and full-island buyouts. Knowledge of financial metrics such as budgets, forecasts, pace reports, ROI, and KPIs is necessary to make informed decisions and contribute meaningfully to revenue strategy. Strong communication skills are required to represent the resort at luxury travel tradeshows, client presentations, and networking events, ensuring that all interactions reflect the resort’s commitment to discreet, personalized service.

This full-time role offers an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, paid vacation, and exclusive hotel and restaurant discounts. The position requires residence within the Mid-West, Caribbean, or East Coast regions and the ability to travel frequently—sometimes up to 50 percent of the time—across international markets with limited notice. The Group Sales Manager must be comfortable working independently from a home office or remotely while on-site at the resort, possessing a polished, energetic, and self-motivated demeanor. Additionally, familiarity with industry-standard systems such as Tripleseat, Agilysys, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, and various CRM platforms is preferred to ensure efficient and accurate sales management.

In summary, this role offers a unique chance to join a respected and vibrant hospitality company and to play a key part in driving the success and prestige of an exclusive private island resort. It demands a dynamic and proactive sales leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, small island environment by demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness, and a passion for delivering unparalleled luxury experiences that align with AHC Hospitality’s high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
