The Agent - Valet position at The Venetian Resort plays a vital role in shaping the first and last impressions guests have during their stay. The primary responsibility involves representing the resort by warmly welcoming guests, assisting with their requests, and managing the parking and retrieval of vehicles efficiently. This role demands a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valet agents must have a keen sense of safety to ensure that vehicles and guest property are handled with care and responsibility. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, management, team members, and external contacts. Physical stamina is essential due to the demands of lifting, standing, walking, and operating various types of vehicles, including oversized, manual, automatic, and electric cars. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to meet the operational needs of the resort.

Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Driver's License, Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy
- Previous experience dealing with customers one-on-one
- Current DMV report
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members of different backgrounds and levels of experience
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to operate all types of acceptable vehicles including by not limited to oversize, manual, automatic and electric vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience dealing with customers one-on-one
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members of different backgrounds and levels of experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Driver's License, Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy
Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Identify and explain hotel features to guests
- Utilize a company device to manage assigned tasks and guest requests
- Properly secure all guest keys and vehicles according to department policy
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts
- Safety is an essential function of this job
- Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job
- Performs other related duties as assigned
