Job Description

Pyramid Global Hospitality is a renowned hospitality company committed to placing people at the heart of its operations. With over 230 properties worldwide, Pyramid Global Hospitality creates a supportive and inclusive environment that emphasizes diversity, growth, development, and employee wellbeing. The company is well-known for its 'People First' culture which is evident in their approach to employee development, generous benefits, and their dedication to building meaningful relationships. This commitment ensures employees have access to continuous training and development opportunities, allowing them to enhance their skills and advance their careers within the hospitality industry. Among the many perks Pyramid offers are comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, on-site wellness programs, local discounts, and special employee rates on hotel stays. This combination of benefits and cultural values makes Pyramid Global Hospitality an incredible place to work, whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned professional.

One of Pyramid Global Hospitality's flagship properties is The Phelps, located in the historic Phelps Building in the heart of Cincinnati. Known for its boutique accommodations, The Phelps is a leading example of what makes Pyramid stand out in the hotel industry. The hotel features 134 guest rooms, a rooftop restaurant and terrace, and over 5,000 square feet of event space, making it the premier extended-stay hotel in the city. What truly distinguishes The Phelps, however, is its dedicated team members who provide exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. The hotel was named the number one hotel in Cincinnati largely due to the talent and dedication of its employees.

Currently, The Phelps is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their Guest Services team as Guest Services Agents. This second shift position requires individuals who have an engaging personality and can create memorable, warm welcomes for guests, ensuring each arrival is exceptional. The ideal candidate will assist guests with luggage, provide detailed knowledge of the hotel’s amenities and local attractions, and escort them to their rooms, delivering a personalized and welcoming experience. This role is perfect for candidates who thrive on interpersonal interaction, enjoy engaging with diverse guests, and take pride in going above and beyond standard service levels. Working alongside other team members, the Guest Services Agent contributes to maintaining a clean and organized lobby and helps in creating a seamless and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.

In this role, candidates will have the opportunity to truly make an impact, helping guests discover unique experiences and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Pyramid Global Hospitality not only offers competitive compensation starting at $15.00 per hour but also provides a platform to grow a career in the hospitality industry through invaluable hands-on experience, supportive management, and ongoing professional development. Joining The Phelps team means becoming part of a dynamic and supportive family that values each individual's contribution and fosters a strong culture of excellence in guest service.
