Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or real estate support role preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to work independently and take initiative
- strong time management skills
- proficiency in using tracking and communication tools
- ability to perform physical tasks such as installing and removing signs
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Install listing signs across Lincoln
- update riders on listing signs
- remove listing signs once listings are sold or withdrawn
- assist with in-person client needs by coordinating hard signatures when required
- ensure listings are accurately and professionally represented in the market
- complete all assigned tasks within 24 hours unless otherwise directed
- log each task in the tracking system with detailed information and photo confirmation
- communicate proactively with the Operations Manager regarding any issues or delays
