Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or real estate support role preferred
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to work independently and take initiative
  • strong time management skills
  • proficiency in using tracking and communication tools
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as installing and removing signs
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Install listing signs across Lincoln
  • update riders on listing signs
  • remove listing signs once listings are sold or withdrawn
  • assist with in-person client needs by coordinating hard signatures when required
  • ensure listings are accurately and professionally represented in the market
  • complete all assigned tasks within 24 hours unless otherwise directed
  • log each task in the tracking system with detailed information and photo confirmation
  • communicate proactively with the Operations Manager regarding any issues or delays
