The Activation team within Hilton Grand Vacations plays a critical role in connecting with guests to enhance their vacation plans and overall experience. This position involves working closely with package holders to book travel arrangements, provide information, and offer upgrades that align with the guests' preferences and business objectives. Employees in this role contribute directly to the company's mission of delivering an outstanding guest experience, aligning with Hilton’s mission, vision, and values. The role is structured to provide a flexible schedule with shifts available in the mornings, mid-days, or evenings, with Sundays off and limited Saturdays, enabling a healthy work-life balance.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with multiple computer systems
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including some Saturdays and holidays
  • Positive attitude and professionalism
  • Ability to handle confidential guest and company information

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Give the best guest experience that falls in line with our Mission, Vision and Values
  • Call package holders to book travel dates, verify details, answer questions and follow up as needed
  • Sell package upgrades that aligned with guest interest and influence guest to book certain properties/location/months according to business needs
  • Meet performance standards for department metrics
  • Sales skills required for the reselling/upselling and saving of packages
  • Collecting of additional monies and fees associated with package
  • Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with Hilton Grand Vacation customers, coworkers, and managers
  • Efficient in using multiple computer systems
  • Ensure the privacy and security of confidential information about our guests and company
  • Keeping accurate log of reservations on a spreadsheet
