Pinkerton is currently seeking a highly skilled Agent to join their team. This role involves delivering concierge-level security services, managing residential and event security, conducting investigations, and providing responsive services to a wide range of security challenges. Agents at Pinkerton perform multiple responsibilities including security detail at client locations and events, deescalating conflicts, preparing detailed incident and investigative reports, and maintaining client safety through monitoring security equipment such as CCTV, alarm systems, and access controls. Additionally, the Agent is tasked with transportation duties, residential perimeter security, and crisis response including emergency planning and threat monitoring. The role requires readiness to respond swiftly and efficiently to natural disasters, civil unrest, workforce disruptions, and other emergencies, reinforcing Pinkerton’s reputation as a reliable protector in all circumstances.

This position is a critical frontline role that demands physical stamina, mental acuity, and the capacity for rapid, effective decision-making under pressure. Agents must be prepared for regular use of computers, occasional lifting, and prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting in various environments including uneven terrain and stairs. Travel may also be part of this role, necessitating flexibility and adaptability.

Job Requirements
