The role available at TEAM is designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional brand experiences, particularly within the hospitality and beverage industries. This position centers on leading product launches, training sessions, and distributor meetings, making the candidate a pivotal part of the brand's outreach and educational efforts. As a CBU Lead Agave Master, you will collaborate extensively with internal leadership and external partners to develop and execute brand strategies. Your expertise will drive engagement through educational programs and social platforms, creating impactful connections with bartenders, distributors, and consumers.

Working closely with on-premise and retail partners, you will help design creative and strategic solutions that foster business growth. Managing a portfolio of approximately 30 key accounts, you will focus on educating and engaging the market to increase recommendations and brand loyalty. Additionally, this role offers the exciting opportunity to lead Master Distiller visits and represent the brand in various events, ensuring the brand's premium image and values are consistently communicated. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $78,500 to $80,000 and requires willingness to travel up to 30%, providing a dynamic work environment for those eager to make a difference in brand marketing and hospitality.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Must have bartender and/or hospitality management experience
  • Bar manager, beverage director, on-premise consultant experience and/or 5+ years of work experience in the hospitality industry
  • Preferred brand ambassador experience and/or experience as a brand consultant
  • Expertise and passion in the hospitality industry and competition in your respective brand category
  • Passionate, self-motivated, creative, responsible
  • Proactive communicator
  • Comfortable speaking to small groups and being seen as an expert
  • Great with people
  • from bartenders to distributors to consumers
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have bartender and/or hospitality management experience
  • Bar manager, beverage director, on-premise consultant experience and/or 5+ years of work experience in the hospitality industry
  • Preferred brand ambassador experience and/or experience as a brand consultant
  • Expertise and passion in the hospitality industry and competition in your respective brand category
  • Passionate, self-motivated, creative, responsible
  • Proactive communicator
  • Comfortable speaking to small groups and being seen as an expert
  • Great with people
  • from bartenders to distributors to consumers
  • Event management or promotional background is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales preferred
  • Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador preferred
  • Has sound financial skills and experience managing a budget
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Job Duties

  • Lead trainer for product launches and major distributor/BUSA meetings if National BA is not available
  • Host Master Distiller visits if the National BA is not available
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with TEAM leadership, local commercial team, and brand team to deliver and execute brand plans through various brand and sales activities
  • Manage and collaborate with on-premise and retail partners developing creative solutions to help drive business and growth for our brands
  • Generate awareness for PATRON by educating bartenders in the on-trade channel including key customers by bringing to life brand programs such as social media, events, happy hours, trainings, dinners
  • Manage a focused account list of 30 accounts in the on-premise channel
  • Focus on education and engagement around PATRON to help drive recommendation
  • Actively use social media to drive trade and consumer engagement in a creative and organic way
  • Gather information from the market, social media, and competition and transform this information into insights and opportunities for the brand
  • Lead projects and present disruptive ideas that put PATRON at a competitive advantage and highest return on investment
  • Deliver education and engagement brand programming that connects to on-trade and key customers
