Additional benefits include paid parental leave, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, tuition assistance, and early benefits eligibility after just 30 days of employment.

Joining Airgas means becoming part of an organization that not only prioritizes safety and operational excellence but also fosters an environment of professional development, inclusivity, and long-term career growth.
