Job Requirements
- Valid TX Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Valid Medical Examiner's Card
- Hazmat and Airbrake certifications
- Minimum one year of prior Class A or B professional driving experience within the last five years or equivalent
- Eligible candidates aged 21 years or older
- Proficiency in navigating material safety data sheets
- Ability to routinely lift 25 to 75 pounds and occasionally heavier with equipment
- Comfortable driving hazardous cargo vehicles up to 8 hours
- Availability for occasional overtime
- Ability to obtain and maintain safety credentials for customer site access
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in navigating and comprehending material safety data sheets
- Ability to routinely lift 25 to 75 pounds and occasionally heavier with equipment
- Comfortable operating vehicles with hazardous cargo for extended hours
- Availability to support occasional overtime
- Ability to obtain and maintain safety credentials for customer site access
- Preferred proficiency in operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or Moffetts
Job Duties
- Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases to customer locations
- Accurately record deliveries and pick-ups on a load manifest, obtaining customer signatures
- Collect empty, rejected, or unsold cylinders and return them to the plant or branch
- Adhere to all Airgas safety standards and government regulations including DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, OSHA
- Provide assistance in the warehouse or on the dock as needed
