- Previous porter housekeeper groundskeeper or hotel apartment experience preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and light maintenance tasks is a plus

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies hallways community spaces gym and pool areas
- Perform routine duties such as sweeping mopping trash and recycling removal
- Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter
- Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Provide courteous professional service to residents guests and vendors
