The role of Closing Crew Member at Bon Me is fundamental to the smooth operation of the restaurant during the closing hours. This position offers weekday shifts starting from either 3pm or 4pm and ending at 10pm. A Closing Crew Member at Bon Me plays an essential role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by greeting guests, taking and helping with orders, particularly through digital ordering tablets, answering questions, and maintaining a clean and organized front of house. In addition to customer service, crew members support kitchen and food teams and receive hands-on training in food preparation. This role provides an excellent foundation for career growth within Bon Me, offering regular training opportunities and the potential to advance to leadership positions such as assistant manager or manager.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, repeated walking, bending, and the ability to lift 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
