We are currently seeking motivated afternoon servers to join our dedicated team. This role specifically caters to individuals available to work from 4pm to 7pm, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to deliver excellent customer service to our residents while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. This shift-based position is perfect for service-oriented individuals who thrive in a healthcare setting and can contribute positively to the dining experience of our residents. The afternoon servers play a crucial role in ensuring meals are served efficiently and courteously, thereby enhancing the overall satisfaction and comfort of those under our care. Beyond serving meals, team members are expected to uphold safe and sanitary conditions in the dining and working areas, comply with department dress code, and complete all assigned cleaning tasks diligently. Additionally, they must engage in ongoing professional development by attending in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
