Afternoon Janitor

We are currently seeking a full-time Janitor to join our operations team, reporting directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor. This role is pivotal in keeping our premises and buildings clean, organized, and compliant with stormwater quality regulations. The Janitor's responsibilities extend beyond routine cleaning—they include inspecting the site and external buildings, reviewing stormwater pollution prevention plans, scheduling inspections, and assisting with post-inspections to ensure our facilities maintain full environmental compliance.

The ideal candidate will be physically capable of meeting the demands of the job, which involves standing, walking long distances, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. The work environment includes exposure to various elements such as wet or humid conditions, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, high and precarious places, and extreme weather conditions. This position operates primarily during the afternoon and evening shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
