The current opening is for an experienced Den/Back of House team member to join the Parlor Doughnuts family. This role is essential in handcrafting the distinctive layered doughnuts from start to finish, ensuring each creation meets or exceeds the exemplary Parlor standard. The position entails preparing, frying, decorating, and displaying the doughnuts to maintain a full and appealing variety for customers. The team member will collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to operate fryers efficiently and manage ingredient inventory. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols are key parts of this role, ensuring that every customer experience is safe and enjoyable.
Besides kitchen duties, this role also involves supporting the front-of-house operations by providing excellent customer service. This includes taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and care. The position requires adaptability to assist with additional responsibilities such as sweeping, washing dishes, or managing garbage as needed. - Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques

- Physical stamina to withstand a full shift on their feet
- Must obtain and maintain Serv Safe or State certification
- Must be punctual for opening shift at 4:00 a.m.
