In this role, the assembler will be engaged in hands-on work, which includes following job traveler instructions to ensure precision and quality in assembling aerospace products. Duties involve handling fiberglass insulation blankets with tools, applying adhesives, performing light sanding and abrading of composite, plastic, and metal components, and completing light riveting tasks using rivet squeezes and pop rivet guns. The company offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $23.75 to $27.75 per hour, alongside career growth prospects and opportunities for cross-training within the aerospace manufacturing domain. This position is particularly suited for individuals passionate about the aerospace field and looking to build a long-term career within a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork. The role also requires adherence to ITAR regulations, specifically that applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by these standards.
