The current opportunity is for an experienced Assembler with at least one year of assembly experience in the aerospace sector. This role involves working in a dynamic production environment, collaborating with a skilled team to assemble critical aircraft components primarily composed of advanced composite materials. As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include working with specialized hand tools, adhesives, assembly jigs, and insulation materials, contributing directly to the structural integrity and safety performance of aerospace products. This is a temp-to-hire position located in Sumner, Washington, with a competitive pay range of $22.25 to $26.25 per hour. The work schedule is unique, Monday through Thursday from 4:30 pm to 3:00 pm, with frequent Friday overtime opportunities once trained and occasional Saturday shifts.
