The Marketing Manager for Growth position at FedEx Dataworks is a strategic and hands-on leadership role designed to build and lead the Growth Marketing function from the ground up. This role is critical in establishing FedEx Dataworks as the undisputed leader in its category by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that generate significant demand and build a qualified pipeline for strategic pilot programs. You will be entrusted with crafting compelling market narratives that resonate with enterprise customers, and driving multi-channel campaigns that attract and engage target audiences. The position demands a balance of strategic insight and tactical execution, requiring a leader who can not only envision growth strategies but also roll up their sleeves to implement them.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to design and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives encompassing digital marketing, events, and content creation tailored to engage enterprise clients effectively. A significant aspect of the role involves partnering with cross-functional teams including Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships, Product Strategy, and General Managers to ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives and product development roadmaps. You will also build and nurture a high-performing growth marketing team that embraces data-driven experimentation and delivers measurable outcomes.

Your responsibilities will extend to defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing marketing analytics to gauge campaign success and guide strategic adjustments. Staying ahead of technological advancements, you will be an early adopter of AI tools to enhance prospect engagement and conversion throughout the marketing funnel. Additionally, you will plan and oversee FedEx Dataworks' presence at industry conferences, executive forums, and hosted events, coordinating everything from strategic content programming to post-event follow-up to maximize lead generation.

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B growth or product marketer with a proven track record of building and executing successful go-to-market plans for enterprise SaaS or data-driven products. Effective storytelling skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive value propositions are essential. You must be both a visionary strategist and a practical executor with prior experience in team leadership and a passion for data-informed decision-making. Job Duties

  • develop and own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy from awareness to demand generation
  • design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, events, and content to attract and engage enterprise audiences
  • build and manage the growth marketing team fostering data-driven experimentation and high performance
  • partner with strategic initiatives, product strategy, and general managers to align lead generation and pipeline development with product roadmaps
