- experience in B2B growth marketing or product marketing with enterprise SaaS or data product focus

- strong storytelling and strategic thinking skills
- experience leading small teams
- data-driven decision-making expertise
Job Duties
- develop and own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy from awareness to demand generation
- design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, events, and content to attract and engage enterprise audiences
- build and manage the growth marketing team fostering data-driven experimentation and high performance
- partner with strategic initiatives, product strategy, and general managers to align lead generation and pipeline development with product roadmaps
- own marketing analytics, defining, tracking and reporting on KPIs to measure success and inform strategy
- be an early adopter of AI tooling to drive prospects through the funnel
- plan and execute FedEx Dataworks presence at industry conferences and events covering content programming to post-event follow-up
