Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or events
Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve targets with minimal supervision
Very good interpersonal, telephone and written communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel frequently both domestically and internationally

Job Duties

Plan and flawlessly execute large size Tier 1 or Tier 2 complex US and international events with over 150 attendees
Responsible for large customer events and briefings, product launches, industry events, PR events and trade shows
Support sponsorship opportunities at Bombardier Defense events including creating and soliciting potential partners, distributing sponsorship packages, invoicing and collecting revenue
Manage event provided budget
Ensure Bombardier Defense brand is well represented at events
Research, recommend, select and manage suppliers to support events
Provide on-site support for internal and external event attendees
Create and communicate Event Information Packages including logistics for hotels, badges, transport and attendees
