Clear Channel Outdoor is currently seeking a Campaign Coordinator to join its team at the Allentown, PA location. This is a regular, full-time position located at 7450 Tilghman Street, Suite 104, 18106. The Campaign Coordinator plays a crucial role within the organization by managing the execution and fulfillment of advertising campaigns across the company's extensive footprint. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, in-field operations, airport staff, and advertising clients to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and according to specified guidelines.
As a Campaign Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales and advertiser clients by providing creative file assistance and educating them on Clear Channel Outdoor's dynamic advertising capabilities. The position requires managing campaign workflows, receiving and reviewing creative content to ensure compliance with company standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment with campaign objectives.
This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, the role involves preparing performance reports and troubleshooting scheduling or playback issues to guarantee flawless campaign execution. The Campaign Coordinator directly contributes to the success of advertising initiatives by ensuring that all creative materials meet standards, deadlines are met, and campaigns are executed seamlessly from start to finish.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred
- Previous experience in advertising production, graphic design, or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 or Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage workflow, timelines, and schedules
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in analytics and reporting such as preparing performance reports
- Able to travel outside of the office for client meetings, corporate meetings, and industry events
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands
- Ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds
- Ability to see written documents and computer screens and adjust focus
- Work performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage content, execution, and fulfillment of all local, import and national campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales, In-Field Operations, airport staff and advertising clients to successfully coordinate and execute campaigns
- Coordinate receipt of creative files and posting instructions from Sales and advertiser clients by establishing and monitoring key milestones to ensure all deadlines are achieved
- Review creative from advertisers to ensure compliance with Clear Channel Outdoor content standards
- Manage artwork content approval with airport staff
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment to campaign goals
- Generate and deliver proof of performance and completion reporting to sales and advertiser clients
- Triage and troubleshoot scheduling, playback, and proof of performance issues and communicate issues and apply corrections
- Perform other duties as required
