Job Description

Herschend Enterprises is the largest family-held themed attractions company, carrying a rich legacy that began 75 years ago when the Herschend family discovered a wonder deep in an Ozark Mountain cave and chose to share it with the world. Today, the company manages over 40 leading attractions and immersive experiences that engage audiences worldwide, all united by a singular mission: Bringing Families Closer Together by Creating Memories Worth Repeating. This core purpose thrives through the dedication of passionate hosts who deliver Heartspitality, the unique blend of heart and hospitality, through everyday acts of love and service.

Adventureland Park, one of Herschend's dynamic entertainment destinations, is currently seeking a J1 Student Bartender. This role offers a tremendous opportunity for individuals who value exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a lively, guest-focused environment. As a Bartender at Adventureland Park, you will be integral to creating memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role emphasizes maintaining high standards of service, safety, and professionalism while fostering positive guest interactions.

Adventureland Park fosters a team-oriented culture that values respect, inclusion, and equal opportunity for all employees, making it an ideal workplace for individuals seeking not just a job, but a chance to grow in a supportive and exciting atmosphere.

The role requires compliance with Iowa Child Labor Laws, TIPS bartender/server certification within 30 days of hire, and strong communication skills in English, with bilingual abilities considered a plus. While previous experience is desirable, it is not mandatory, making this position accessible to motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the hospitality and entertainment industry. This is a great opportunity to join a venerable entertainment company and contribute to a team dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences and lifelong memories.
