This position requires a high degree of organizational skills and proficiency with computer software such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and common office applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook. The role involves maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and interactions within a dedicated database, which supports tailored customer experiences and interdepartmental communication. The Adventure Concierge also works collaboratively with other departments by auditing booking accuracy, tracking guest information, and ensuring all event information posted on the company’s website is current.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Completes pre-arrival emails and calls before guest arrival to book activities, spa services, and schedule dining times
- Be a point of contact for guests to inform guest of special happenings during their stay and to answer any questions they may have
- Gathers/tracks guest information and preferences by maintaining the guest database
- Creates unique memorable experiences for our guests
- Knowledge of merchandise and be able to help guests with sales
- Re-stocking Gift Shop floor as needed
- Have solid computer and various software knowledge: POS, Inventory systems, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Assist with monthly inventory of shops, storage areas, and satellite retail locations
- Reviews traces daily and confirms information with other departments
- Audit activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy
- Communicates accurate guest information & preferences to other team members & departments
- Monitors website content to ensure accurate even information is posted
