Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of previous line experience
  • good communication skills
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
  • ability to work with moderate supervision and training

  • Prepare soups, sauces, and stocks
  • fry and broil food items to order
  • operate multiple kitchen stations efficiently
  • provide direction in supervisor's absence
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
  • assist in food inventory and stock management
  • comply with food safety and hygiene standards
