The Adult Probation Intensive Case Manager position at Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare plays a crucial role in supporting adults on felony probation by providing continuity of care, case management, and psychosocial rehabilitative training. This is a community-focused role with the primary work location being the office in Conroe, but services are delivered across the designated service area, including in-home visits and other community settings.
